George Tull - Founder and Senior Managing Member
George possesses over 18 years of experience in the delivery of information technology projects associated with capital markets.  As a strategic analyst, George has performed extensive on-site assessments of many exchange floor Member and Non-Member Firms in regards to areas of operational compliance, securities and exchange act rules and regulations, and proper use of information technology tools. George possesses comprehensive background in equities, options, indexes, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), exchange operations, information technology, alternative trading systems, ECNs, and FIX compliant trading systems. George has extensive knowledge of the Listed Markets, international trading and settlements, as well as domestic clearing and settlements for multi-national broker-dealers, and banking entities and has been a successful pioneer of both Matching Engines and Dark Pool architecture development and High-Frequency Trading service delivery.  George served as a research scientist and genetic engineer for Union Camp Corporation where he received the coveted Union Camp Technology Creativity Award and two separate Patents.  George is a veteran of the Gulf War era and served as an Army Operations and Intelligence Specialist for Air Defense Artillery within the First Armored Division. George earned his BA in Biology and Chemistry from Arcadia University.
